The firm

A principal operator, not a marketplace.

Established in 2005 and headquartered in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, FTH Trading is a hands-on, multi-strategy operator across finance, real estate, energy, commodities and technology. We originate and underwrite our own transactions, hold positions alongside our clients, and operate the full lifecycle of every mandate — origination, custody, issuance and distribution — on institutional rails built with Unykorn.

  • Principal capital in every structure we offer
  • KYC/AML, OFAC and Travel-Rule screening before any transfer
  • Assets held with a qualified custodian (BitGo Trust Company, a South Dakota-chartered trust company), never on our balance sheet
  • On-chain NAV, reserve attestations and audit trails by default

How qualified investors engage.

Access is by introduction and subject to suitability, accreditation and jurisdictional eligibility. A single onboarding covers every strategy on the platform.

01

Introduction & suitability

A private discussion of objectives, liquidity needs and eligibility. Individuals, family offices, institutions and asset managers each follow a tailored path.

02

Onboarding & custody

KYC/KYB and accreditation verification, then a segregated custody account at BitGo — with client-held backup key material, so FTH is never sole custodian of your assets.

03

Allocation

Subscribe to tokenized treasuries, allocated gold (FTHG), private credit, real-estate debt and equity, or trading strategies — each issued as a compliance-gated vault with transparent NAV.

04

Liquidity & reporting

Borrow against holdings, settle in FTHUSD in minutes across borders, exit through permissioned secondary channels or institutional distribution, and monitor every position on-chain — with quarterly investor reporting.

Offered by invitation to accredited investors and qualified purchasers only. Minimums apply per strategy. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.

The platform

How it all fits together

Markets

Tokenized treasuries are becoming the institutional cash layer

For decades, institutional cash management meant money-market funds and T-bill ladders that settle T+1 at best and go dark outside banking hours. That standard is quietly being replaced. When New York Life Investment Management partnered with Centrifuge to tokenize a U.S. high-yield corporate bond strategy, it joined a cohort — Apollo, Janus Henderson, S&P Dow Jones Indices — that has concluded the vault standard built for onchain funds, ERC-7540, is fit for regulated money.

The mechanics matter more than the headlines. A tokenized treasury fund carries its NAV on-chain, settles subscriptions and redemptions in stablecoin around the clock, and doubles as collateral: M0's decision to accept Centrifuge's treasury token as backing for stablecoin issuers shows the same asset earning yield, collateralizing credit, and backing settlement money simultaneously. One position, three functions — that capital efficiency is not available in the legacy wrapper.

Our own use is straightforward: idle mandate cash sits in tokenized short-duration treasuries; those same positions back FTHUSD reserves and stand as margin collateral through qualified custody. For allocators, the question is no longer whether to tokenize cash — only how quickly.

Infrastructure

Trading without counterparty risk: inside off-exchange settlement

The lesson of every exchange failure is the same: the risk was never the trade, it was where the collateral slept. Off-exchange settlement (OES) resolves this by separating trading access from asset location. Through BitGo's Go Network, a desk allocates collateral that remains in regulated, bankruptcy-remote qualified custody — in the client's name — while trading spot, margin, options and futures on connected venues including OKX, KuCoin, HTX, Gate and Deribit via ClearLoop. Obligations net and settle on a fixed cadence, typically every 24 hours, delivery-versus-payment.

If a venue fails, the collateral is not on it. That single property changes the risk calculus of running leverage: exposure to any counterparty is bounded to one settlement cycle rather than the full collateral balance. BitGo's 2026 NYSE listing put a public-company disclosure regime around the custodian itself, an underrated form of assurance for allocators who must diligence their diligence.

FTH's trading architecture is built exclusively on this model. Client assets never sit on an exchange, custody never leaves the qualified perimeter, and every venue relationship is one netted settlement away from closed.

Commodities

Gold, safe-keeping receipts, and why verification is the product

A safe-keeping receipt is only as good as the vault behind it — and the SKR market has a documented fraud problem. Receipts for gold that does not exist, double-pledged bars, and vaults that are little more than letterhead have burned enough institutions that many simply refuse the asset class. We think that is the wrong conclusion. The right conclusion is that verification is the product.

FTHG, our gold instrument, is minted only against allocated metal that has cleared a four-stage gate: independent assay and bar-list reconciliation; vault accreditation and title search; forensic counterparty screening; and a signed on-chain attestation with replay protection and a staleness window, so a stale or reused attestation cannot mint. Only then does a token exist — 1:1, reserve-segregated at a qualified custodian.

Once minted, the economics open up. A holder of verified gold can pledge FTHG as collateral, draw FTHUSD, and deploy into yield-bearing mandates — liquidity without selling the metal, upside retained, every draw gated by compliance screening and multi-party approval. Gold has always been the world's most trusted collateral; it simply lacked rails that could keep pace. Now it has them.
